The Green Flower Pot Coral with long polyps is often referred to as Daisy Coral, Ball Coral, or Sunflower Coral. Whether collected in Indonesia, or Aquacultured, the Green Flower Pot Coral with long polyps provides glowing green color and mesmerizing movement for the LPS coral connoisseur. All of the flower references are because of its appearance when all of its polyps are opened. It takes on the visage of a bouquet of flowers. It is the rounded or ball-shaped variety and should not be confused with its branching relatives. It can be aggressive so space should be provided between itself and other neighboring corals. Its polyps can extend far past its base into the reef aquarium, where it can sting other species of corals.

Being a moderately difficult coral to care for and requires moderate lighting combined with moderate water movement within the aquarium. For continued good health, it will also require the addition of calcium, strontium, and other trace elements to the water.

The symbiotic algae zooxanthellae hosted within its body provides the majority of its nutritional requirements from the algae's light driven process of photosynthesis. It will also benefit from additional food in the form of micro-plankton or brine shrimp. Clownfish will often be found in association with the Flower Pot Coral and play in its polyps if no anemone can be found in the reef aquarium.

Probably best for medium to large dogs
I got these for my teething Japanese Chin pups & they can’t really chew the blue part because it’s too large for small dogs. I usually just barely wet the rag & wrap treats up inside, tucking it inside itself before freezing to make something more enriching for them. They like it overall.

Great puppy teething toy!
My bernedoodle loved this toy. Long after all her teeth had fallen out, she still plays with it! It was great to be able to freeze it and let her gnaw on something that would help her feel a little better too! We both agree that this was extremely helpful and fun!

Golden Retriever puppy did not care for it but other breeds very well might
These seem to be very well made but our Goiden Retriever puppy was only interested in it for less than one minute. Before you buy i would scan the great reviews to see what breeds these really appeal to. I am sure there are some!!

Smells of smoke
The plastic smells of tobacco smoke, my puppy took one stiff and walked away. I wash them with soap trying to get the smell to go away, no change. My dog still would not even try to teethe on this. I do not recommend.
