We have heatpacks, winter insulation, and shipping upgrades available in our store for purchase. If weather at the shipping destination is too cold to ship and winter shipping has not been purchased, we may hold the shipment at our discretion. Though we do our best to ensure that we ship ready-to-enjoy plants, conditions of the roots and leaves may vary.
