For off-road cyclists who need cargo capacity and weather resistance without sacrificing mobility, the Assos Trail Tactica Cargo Shorts T3 use Type.OF11 4-way stretch and abrasion-resistant main fabric paired with Tech Sheen Mesh panels in the high-heat zones to manage airflow during climbs. The zeroPressure waist system distributes load evenly without the restriction of a traditional elastic waistband, and the Water and Mud Shield Tec DWR treatment handles water and mud contact on rough terrain.
Zippered and cargo pockets provide enough organization for tools, nutrition, and a phone on gravel bikepacking days or technical trail rides. The zero-pressure waist and Water and Mud Shield Tec DWR construction make these the correct off-road shorts for technical riding, where fit security and surface protection are both required.
